Who Knew?
The FUN(d) Committee will periodically sponsor an informal speaker on a topic of interest to the members.
The very first speaker will be Al Pepe on July 30 at 5:30 – 6:00 PM.
Who Knew that Al is an expert on knives?
Al will present the difference between European knives and Asian knives.
He will have a display of knives and tell us what each one is used for and why.
He will also show us a sharpener and how it works.
This will be a cutting edge presentation. Don't miss it
