OYSTER ROAST | Holiday Christmas Party with Showcase Dinner Our Christmas Party is December 18th and we hope you will wear your ugliest sweater, your best Christmas attire or whatever you feel comfortable in. Aaron Goldenfield will showcase his talents with a special holiday menu. Aaron graduated from Johnson & Wales University’s culinary program in 2003 and has had numerous catering and restaurant experience in the years since then. Holiday Dinner Menu Filet mignon served with Au Poivre sauce Classic potato gratin Green beans tossed in a citrus thyme vinaigrette with toasted almonds Salad Verte (baby spinach, romaine, cucumbers and celery served with Sherry Vinaigrette) Chocolate croissant bread pudding topped with strawberry compote
